Maxine on Saturday

My Friend Mary over at "Work of the Poet" has started a new meme called, "Maxine on Saturday" dedicated to one of my favorite ladies, Maxine. Maxine is someone you either love or hate. She is a gal I can't help but love and who makes me wish I had the chutzpah to copy. After all, we all think like her but just don't have the guts to say it out loud. Everyone but the Old Salt that is. He is definitely a male version of Maxine.

So hop on over to Mary's blog and post your favorite words of wisdom from Maxine. Or just go check out what others have posted that you may have missed. I know I am. I have been collecting Maxine-isms for years and have (dare I say) hundreds saved to my PC.

    Sweetie I have loved Maxine since the first time she popped up in Hallmark. I love her. She tells you straight how it is. Gotta love her. I'll have to go over and check out the Maxine meme on Saturday. Thanks for the tip sweetie.
