Pink Saturday------ kids and roses

Welcome to Pink Saturday. Time for those shots what contain some pink. Today I am going to start off with a shot of a rose that I captured in my neighbors yard. I just happen to be walking by at the perfect time to get both a bud and this open bloom.

Next I have a couple of cute kids decked out in pink. The first child is the granddaughter of one of my first cousins. I can never keep this straight, does that make her my third cousin or my first cousin twice removed? Heck, I don't know. But she sure is a cutie.

I captured this darling child on the Tom Sawyer River Boat Cruise we took on the Mississippi River in St. Louis. She was a delight to watch. She was having so much fun that day.
