Welcome to Ruby Tuesday the day we show off our photos that contain some red.
During my recent vacation we covered twelve states in 29 days. One of the highlights of our trip was the time we spent in Albuquerque New Mexico for their annual Balloon Fiesta. I was told that Albuquerque is the only spot in the United States that has the perfect wind conditions for the balloonist to be able to do what is called a box maneuver. What ever that is? The morning we attended the dawn mass accession there were six hundred balloons on the field to take off. Every color, size and shape was represented. In honor of Ruby Tuesday here are just of few of the red balloons I happened to capture.
Afraid that the photo's do not do justice to the real event but I hope you enjoy my efforts at capturing a small part of the fun. As soon as I can get caught up from being away so long I will try to post more of my shots with some of the details about out experiences.

"Afraid that the photo's do not do justice to the real event". Nonsense, they are fine photos and immediately made me want to jump on a plane and travel over to New Mexico. I just need to be patient a little longer until the Good Lady Wife is retired. Until then I will look at your photographs.
