pink Saturday --- antique mall finds

Welcome everyone to this week's edition of Pink Saturday, hosted by Beverly at How Sweet the Sound.

The Old Salt and I have been spending a lot of time recently making business and medical trips into the city. Earlier this week we had to kill some time between appointments, so we visited a few antique shops in a neighborhood known as the Central West End. One of the shops had an entire corner dedicated to nothing but pink items that I will share with all of you as time permits.

Today I selected the following baby pink items.



All of these items were in such great condition that I had a hard time believing they were actually very old. I loved the lamp shade and wished it had had the lamp to go with it. The third photo was labeled as a 1920's slumber cap, but I swear it looked just like the roller covers we wore when I was in high school.
