I recently received a copt of the attached flyer. I had not heard of the 3/50 project before that. I visited their website here and did some other investigations and this is a project I can truly support.

Sounds like a great idea and perhaps save a "mom and pop" store in the process.
I know I've got a few I could visit more often;)
